Hanoi, November 22, 2024 – SCI E&C Joint Stock Company has received the ESG Rating Certificate from VietESG with an “A – Good” score. The certificate is valid for three years, from November 22, 2024 to November 22, 2027.
This certificate is issued by VietESG in line with globally recognised sustainable development standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The assessment methodology of VietESG, a member of the GRI Community, ensures transparency and objectivity.

- Environment (E):
- ISO 14001:2015 certification: Meets the international standard for environmental management.
- Identification of environmental aspects: Implements a procedure to identify environmental factors.
- 2024 environmental objectives: Sets targets to improve environmental performance.
- Access to legal requirements: Implements a procedure to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including notification to stakeholders.
- Environmental Steering Committee: Has established a Steering Committee to implement and maintain the environmental management system.

- Training and Development: Has built a training matrix for all categories of workers, records the training required for each role, and evaluates training effectiveness.

- Quality Management: Carries out acceptance inspections from input materials to finished products, manages equipment and warehouses on ERP software, and has an independent internal audit system.
- Continuous Improvement: Applies the 5S methodology, sets improvement targets, uses technology and digitalisation in its processes, and has an internal audit programme.
- Supplier Management: Manages suppliers on ERP software, controls the quality of input materials, and evaluates subcontractor performance.
- Emergency Response: Develops and implements emergency response plans, especially for blasting and other special operations.
